Full Membership
All applicants who have been approved for membership will receive full and complete privileges as outlined in our membership package for the designated membership category. No restrictions will be imposed during the pay-down period. Pine Island’s current initiation fee for full membership is $3,500. Pine Island typically request payment of the full initiation fee to be submitted at the time of application. Under the pay-down initiation fee program applicants will not be required to make any upfront initiation fee payment. The applicant will be guaranteed the initiation fee rate that is applicable at the time of submission of the membership application form. For each month the member makes full and complete payment for all current outstanding dues, fees and charges $150.00 will be deducted from the beginning initiation fee balance. At the conclusion of 24 (twenty-four) months the full initiation fee will be considered paid in full (23 monthly deductions of $150.00 and a final month deduction of $50.00) and the member will have no further obligation to Pine Island Country Club as it relates to an initiation fee. In an effort to insure timely payment the member shall be required to enroll in Pine Island’s auto-draft program (for either credit card or bank draft). Auto-drafts are conducted between the 10th and 15th day of each month. If the member should resign from the club prior to the 24th month they shall be obligated for any outstanding balance of the applicable initiation fee and authorizes Pine Island Country Club to process the valid credit card on file to satisfy payment.

Limited Membership
All guidelines outlined under ‘Full Membership’ apply to any applicant for Limited Membership with the exception of the following: The current initiation fee for Limited Membership is $1,750. The monthly pay-down deduction shall be $75.00 for 23 (twenty three) months with a final month deduction of $25.00.

Social Membership
All guidelines outlined under ‘Full Membership’ shall apply to any applicant for Social Membership with the exception of the following: The current initiation fee for Social Membership is $1,000.00. The monthly pay-down deduction shall be $50.00 per month. The initiation fee shall be considered paid in full after 20 months.

Full membership permits the primary member and immediate family the use of all facilities provided at Pine Island Country Club Tuesday through Sunday and the following:

• Attend any club sponsored event
• Unlimited complimentary greens fees
• Complimentary range balls
• Complimentary practice facility (putting green & short game practice area)
• Complimentary pool privileges Tues-Sun
• All dining and social activities
• Advance sign-up privileges to reserve golf starting times for tournament entries
• Members are subject to golf cart fees as well as other fees and charges established by PICC.

Initiation fee for Full Membership $7,000.00 now only $3,500.00
Monthly dues for Full Membership $310.00
Monthly food/beverage spending minimum $50.00

Limited membership permits the primary member and immediate family the use of all clubhouse and pool facilities provided at Pine Island Country Club Tuesday through Sunday.

• Golf course and practice facility privileges restricted to Tues-Thurs & until 12 noon on Fri
• Complimentary green fees Tues-Thurs & until 12 noon on Fri
• Complimentary range balls Tues-Thurs & until 12 noon on Fri
• Complimentary practice facility (putting green & short game practice area) Tues-Thurs & until 12 noon on Fri
• Complimentary pool privileges Tues-Sun
• Access to all dining and social activities
• Fri-Sun, limited members may play golf by making a starting time 48 hours in advance and paying the applicable guest and cart fees.
• Limited members are subject to golf cart fees as well as other fees and charges established by PICC.

A Social Membership permits the primary member and immediate family the use of all clubhouse and pool facilities provided at Pine Island Country Club Tuesday through Sunday. This includes:

• Access to all locker and lounge areas
• Privilege to participate in all dining and social activities
• Does not include any golf course or practice facility privileges
  
• Social members may play golf by making a starting time 48 hours in advance and paying the applicable guest fee and cart rental fee. A social member may only use the practice facility when an applicable guest fee has been paid. Excluding pool fees, social members are subject to all fees and charges established by PICC.

A Corporate Membership permits the use of the facilities provided at Pine Island Country Club by up to five designees currently employed by a documented corporation or business that has been established and actively conducting business for a minimum of two years. All designees and qualifying family members will have full rights and privileges provided under the membership category selected by the corporation. 

The corporation may reassign designees with the payment of a $1,000.00 change fee. All designees may be billed separately and shall be responsible for payment of their individual account. The corporation shall ultimately be held responsible for payment of all individual accounts.

A Junior Membership to Pine Island Country Club will be available to any individual or head of household up to the age of 30 who satisfies all financial and background checks. An individual or head of household under 30 years of age shall be subject to an initiation fee equal to 75 percent of the current applicable initiation fee for a specified membership category. The Junior Member shall be locked in at the applicable initiation fee at the time of application for membership and shall not be subject to any increased initiation fee that may occur over time.

The Junior Member shall pay at the time of application ten percent of the current applicable initiation fee based on the discounted rate. Example: Full Membership is currently $3,500.00. A junior applicant would be subject to an initiation fee of $2,625.00 (75% of $7K). A down payment of $262.50 would need to accompany the submission of the application.

The balance of the initiation fee owed may be satisfied by meeting the following conditions:

• The Junior Member may divide the initiation fee balance owed by the number of months until reaching age 30. That dollar amount may be added to the monthly dues and payments made in accordance with Pine Island Country Club’s guidelines for payment of membership dues, fees and charges.
• The Junior Member may divide the initiation fee balance owed into quarterly installment payments until 30 years of age is reached. Due dates for the quarterly installment payments shall be agreed upon and the quarterly payment shall be included as part of the member monthly billing statement for the month in which the payment is due.

*Junior members will be required to pay all standard, customary and appropriate dues, fees and charges. The discount applies only to the initiation fee.

We want to share the experience of Pine Island with your friends, neighbors and business associates. For a limited time Pine Island is extending an invitation to come experience our immaculately conditioned golf course, state of the art saltwater pool and waterslide, exquisite fine dining, and all the other social, cultural and fun activities here at Pine Island Country Club.

Details of the Trial Membership are as follows (available for all membership categories):

• Applicant will receive all membership privileges provided under the designated membership category and shall be regarded during the trial period as a permanent member. 
• Trial Membership period shall extend for a minimum of six months but shall not exceed twelve months. 
• Applicant agrees to pay ten percent of the current initiation fee for designated membership category at the time application is submitted. This fee is non refundable. Should the prospective member elect to join Pine Island at the end of the trial period the ten percent payment will be applied to the balance of the initiation fee owed. Financing options are available for the remaining balance. 
• Applicant agrees to pay a minimum of six months dues, fees and charges. Monthly dues, along with all additional applicable fees and charges will be billed on a monthly basis. Applicant agrees to pay monthly member billing statement in accordance with Pine Island Rules and Regulations. 
• At the conclusion of the six month trial period the prospective member may chose to extend the trial period or may terminate the trial membership at any point beyond the initial trial period up to the twelfth month. 
• At the conclusion of the trial period the Trial Member can choose to opt out of the Trial Membership by notifying the accounting office in writing of their intent to discontinue membership at least two weeks prior to the last day of the month. The membership will be resigned once all accrued dues, fees and charges have been paid.

Joining Fee
A current Pine Island member who sponsors a new member shall receive ten percent of the initiation fee upon full payment of the initiation fee by the applicant. The member incentive shall be applied directly to the sponsoring member account and can be used for any and all dues, fees and charges.

Trial Member
A current Pine Island member who sponsors a prospective member under the trial program shall receive the following:

• For a prospective Full Membership $200.00 
• For a prospective Limited Membership $100.00 
• For a prospective Social Membership $50.00 

The sponsor of a prospective member under the trial program shall receive the fees outlined above but will not be eligible for ten percent of the initiation fee should the prospective member elect to join at the conclusion of the trial period.

Open to all dependent children of current or former Pine Island Country Club members who have maintained their membership in good standing for a minimum of five consecutive years.

Dependent members are covered under the primary member’s membership until the age of 24 as long as they live full time at the primary residency or are enrolled as a full time student. The proposed Legacy Membership simply gives a dependent member additional options after the age of 24 or between the ages of 18-24 should their martial status or other life situations compromise their dependent membership status.

Once reaching the age of 18 a dependent member (assuming the primary member has met the five-year minimum requirement) may apply for membership into Pine Island Country Club.

Assuming all financial and background checks are satisfied the dependent member will be granted the following concessions with regards to the initiation fee.

• Until age 25 the dependent applicant may join the Club for an initiation fee equal to ten percent of the current applicable initiation fee for a specified membership category.
• From age 25 until reaching the age of 26 the initiation fee shall be 20 percent of the current applicable initiation fee for a specified membership category.
• From the age of 26 until reaching the age of 27 the initiation fee shall be 30 percent of the current applicable initiation fee for a specified membership category.
• From the age of 27 until reaching the age of 28 the initiation fee shall be 40 percent of the current applicable initiation fee for a specified membership category.
• After the age of 28 former dependent members shall always have the option to join Pine Island Country Club at an initiation fee equal to 50 percent of the current applicable initiation fee for a specified membership category.

*Legacy members will be required to pay all standard, customary and appropriate dues, fees and charges. The discount applies only to the initiation fee.

Pine Island Country Club would like to reward members who have through their years of service supported Pine Island. The following is an incentive plan that will allow long-term members who have reached retirement age or beyond to retain Full Membership in the Club with a discounted dues structure.

• At the age of 65 with a minimum of five years of a Full Membership, a 15 percent reduction in monthly membership dues will be granted. Currently this would reduce monthly dues from $310 to $263.50. 
• At the age of 70 and with a minimum of 10 years of a full membership, a 25 percent reduction in member monthly dues will be granted. Currently this would reduce monthly dues from $310 to $232.50. 
• At the age of 75 and with a minimum of 15 years of a full membership, a 35 percent reduction in monthly membership dues will be granted. Currently this would reduce monthly dues from $310 to $201.50. 
• At the age of 80 and over and with a minimum of 20 years of a full membership service a 50 percent reduction in monthly dues will be granted. Currently this would reduce monthly dues from $310 to $155.00.

*Senior members are still required to pay the applicable food and beverage minimum and other standard, customary and appropriate dues, fees and charges. The discount would only apply to FULL membership dues.
